$150 per person before September 1st, $175 per person after September 1st

~MENU~
Passed Appetizers:
-Crab cakes finished with liquid gold (house thousand island sauce infused with old bay seasoning)
-Braised pork tenderloin with mole sauce, dusted with queso fresco served on a crostini
-Brie and cranberry chutney served in a phyllo shell
-Sambuca glazed shrimp

Dinner Choices:
-Steak house rolls with whipped butter (at the table)
-Caprese salad (mozzarella pearls, slice cherry tomatoes, baby greens, evoo-balsamic glaze)

-6 oz filet mignon (bordelaise sauce infused with dark chocolate, duck fat roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus)

-Applewood smoked chicken breast (grilled and lightly smoked, finished with a mushroom medley in bearnaise, duck fat roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus)

-Grilled salmon piccata (lemon, butter, capers, white wine sauce, wild rice blend, grilled asparagus)

Dessert:
-Gluten free chocolate torte (raspberry coulis, fresh raspberries, garnished with a fresh mint leaf nestled in a dollop of whipped cream)
